- Refunds: Refunds are only available if the puja booking is cancelled by JyotirGamaya. Otherwise, refunds are not provided.

For Astrology Consultations
- Refunds: Refunds for astrology consultations are available only if we are unable to provide the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling: If you cannot attend the consultation at the scheduled time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly assist in rescheduling based on the astrologer’s availability.
For Gau Seva and Dharmic Initiatives Contribution
- Refunds: Contributions made to support Gau Seva, temple upkeep, or Vedic education under our Dharmic initiatives are non-refundable, as they are directed immediately towards these charitable causes. We encourage contributors to reach out to us with any questions before donating to understand how their funds are used.
For Special Puja Gift Packages
- Refunds: Refunds for special puja gift packages are only available if we are unable to perform the scheduled puja.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your puja, please contact us in advance. We will help you reschedule to a new date or a different puja service based on availability.
For Physical Products
- Order Cancellation: Physical product orders, can only be cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. Refunds are not available beyond this period.
