Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

For puja bookings, refunds are available only if the booking is cancelled by Jyotirgamaya.
For astrology consultations, refunds apply when we are unable to deliver the scheduled session.
Contributions to Gau Seva and other dharmic initiatives are non-refundable once processed.
For physical products, cancellation and return requests must be raised within the allowed return window.
